These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, online services, reservation tools, promotions, and other digital experiences provided by TURKISH VILLAGE CUISINE ("TVC," "we," "us"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services and Eligibility
The Services are intended for users who can form a legally binding contract.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when making reservations, submitting forms, or placing requests.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
2. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Late arrivals / no-shows: We may release your table if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, especially during peak hours.
Cancellations: If possible, please cancel at least 2 hours in advance so we can offer the table to other guests. No cancellation fee applies unless we clearly disclose one at the time of booking.
If you need to modify a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Online Ordering and Payment (If Offered)
Menu items, prices, availability, and hours may change without notice.
If online ordering or deposits are offered through our Services, you agree to pay all applicable amounts, fees, and taxes.
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We generally do not store full payment card numbers.
Refunds and adjustments
Refunds and adjustments are handled case-by-case and, when approved, are typically limited to the amount paid for the affected item(s).
Requests may be denied once an order has been prepared or fulfilled, except where required by law.
If you purchased through a third-party platform, refunds/credits may need to be handled through that platform under its policies.
If there’s an issue, please contact us promptly so we can try to resolve it.
4. Delivery (If Offered)
In-house delivery (if offered)
Delivery areas, fees, minimums, and estimated times may vary.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, high volume, or operational constraints.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Issues caused by incorrect addresses or contact information may not be refundable.
Third-party delivery marketplaces
If you order through third-party platforms (e.g., delivery marketplaces), that transaction may be subject to the third party’s terms, policies, pricing, and support processes.
TVC is not responsible for third-party platform outages, app errors, pricing/fee differences, or delivery handling once the order leaves our control.
5. Catering and Large Orders (If Offered)
Catering and large orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Catering and large orders may require a deposit to confirm the date/time and reserve staffing and inventory.
Deposit amount and refund/cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking and may vary based on order size, lead time, and customization.
Changes to headcount, menu, timing, or delivery/pickup details may require advance notice and may affect pricing.
6. Promotions, Discounts, and Vouchers
Promotions are limited-time, subject to change, and may have eligibility requirements.
Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be limited to one per person/household/device.
We may deny redemption in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, duplication, resale, or policy violations.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Misuse the Services, interfere with normal operations, or attempt unauthorized access.
Submit false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Use automated systems to scrape or harvest data from the Services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services (including text, images, logos, and design) is owned by TVC or licensed to TVC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without written permission.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TVC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TVC from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless otherwise required by law.
