Reservations & inquiries: date/time, party size, special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, seating preferences), and messages you send us
Orders & catering (if offered): order details, delivery/pickup details, special instructions, and communications related to catering or events
Promotions & loyalty (if offered): participation details, redemptions, preferences, and (if you choose to provide it) birthday information

Device & usage data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referral URLs, time spent, clicks, and approximate location derived from IP address
